Violin II
Born in Milan, he studied violin with Carlo Feige at the “C. Abbado” Civica Scuola di Musica, earning his Master’s degree in 2023 with top marks and honors. At the same time, he developed a strong interest in the study of Baroque and Classical performance practice on original instruments, under the guidance of Enrico Onofri.
He has an extensive concert career in Italy and abroad. The main orchestras he collaborates with include Il Giardino Armonico and Ensemble Estrovagante, with which he has performed in some of the most prestigious concert halls, both nationally and internationally, alongside renowned soloists such as Isabelle Faust, Patricia Kopatchinskaja, Giuliano Carmignola, Mario Brunello, Anastasia Kobekina, and Sandrine Paiu.
He regularly collaborates with Arsenale Sonoro, Il Pomo d’Oro, Enea Barock Orchestra, and Kammerorchester Basel.
He has also worked with Accademia Bizantina, Concerto Italiano, Academia Montis Regalis, La Risonanza, Milano Classica, and Arianna Art Ensemble. In 2019, he participated in the production of G.F. Handel’s Giulio Cesare in Egitto, and in 2024, he was involved in the production of Orontea by A. Cesti, at the Teatro alla Scala in Milan, under the baton of Giovanni Antonini.
He has recorded for several prestigious labels such as Alpha, Deutsche Harmonia Mundi, and Arcana. Notably, he contributed to the album Affetti Napoletani, released by Da Vinci Classics in 2024, with Ensemble Estrovagante and Riccardo Doni.
